2. TRAINEES IN JOURNALISM, CAMERA, EDIT & GRAPHICS

Requirements
• A strong & consistent academic record, with not less than 60% marks,
starting from the 10th Standard.
• Early-career professionals, final year students, recent graduates or post
graduates in journalism or any other discipline are eligible to apply.
• A passion for journalism and related areas.
• Good command over English and Malayalam.
• Age below 23 years.
For trainees in Camera/Edit/Graphics, besides the above requirements,
a professional degree/diploma in the respective field is essential.

3.  Assistant Cameramen

Requirements

•Degree in any Subject

•Degree/Diploma in Videography

•3 Years experience in a news channel

•Age below 28 years      

4. PROGRAMME PRODUCERS
Requirements
• Degree in any Subject
• 3 Years experience in Television Programme Production
• Age Below 30 years

5. HR COORDINATOR
Requirements
• MBA in HR/Administration/Personnel Management
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
• Age below 28 years

6. FINANCE CUM ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
Requirements
• B.Com
• Proficiency in Tally
• Experience in the Media/Advertising field would be an added advantage

7. SALES EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT SALES MANAGERS
Requirements
• MBA in Marketing
• Strong Communication skills and flair for selling
• 1-3 years experience in Sales & Marketing

8. CONTENT DEVELOPERS / TRAINEES
Requirements
•Job profile involves active management of Social Media – including uploading of videos to You Tube and handling Marketing Features
• Must have strong journalistic and writing skills
• You will also contribute to both Content Creation and Management and efficiently manage Social Networks as well. You will also actively participate in other non-News verticals and other areas as required from time to time.
•Work in shifts, including night shifts

Educational Qualifications:
• A degree in Journalism /Arts / Humanities with good Video Editing skills
•Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop  is desirable

Experience:
•Must have worked in a similar capacity with a web agency or news media company
•Sound knowledge of internet and mobile technologies and latest trends
• Understanding of Web Traffic Analysis
• Sound knowledge of social networking (Facebook, Twitter, Google+  etc)

9. WEB DEVELOPERS - Only experienced hands need apply.
Essential qualifications:
• BTech/BE, M.Sc, M.C.A or other relevant educational qualifications from reputed Universities.
•Minimum 1 year experience in PHP and strong working knowledge of the same,
• Experience in MySQL ,AJAX / HTML/ will be an added advantage.
• Experience in media or related sectors
• Experience in development of Internet and / or software products.
• Solid grounding in Internet technologies is required.
• Experience of all phases of software development life cycle and must have executed at least 2 medium-large          projects with at least one of them in the internet domain on PHP.
• Must possess sound database knowledge and must demonstrate good designing skills.

10. MAKEUPMEN

Requirements

•Aptitude and good knowledge about Makeup in a News room

•Two years experience in a News Channel

•Age below 30 years      

11. DTP OPERATORS (MALAYALAM)

Requirements

•Graduation in any stream with 60% Marks.

•Diploma in DTP (Malayalam)

•Age below 28 years

•Willingness to work in flexible shifts      

12. ASSISTANT VIDEO EDITORS

Requirements

•Degree in any Subject

•Degree/Diploma in Video Editing

•3 Years Experience in Editing

•Age below 28 years
